I'm excited to share with you all my current go to products that make me feel confident, nurtured, and luxurious. Just some background on me, I've dealt with acne since I was a pre-teen. My acne has always affected how I navigate and interact with others. I used to be so nervous about getting close to anyone because I was afraid they'd analyze my skin and see how bad it was. Now that I am in my mid-twenties a lot of the insecurities have gone away along with the acne. I deal mainly with dark spots and hyperpigmentation along with occasional breakouts. Feeling confident is so important to me and is something that I want to help others to feel. So let's hop right in!
I purchased a Sunday Riley trial size kit some months back. This included travel sizes of everything that I would need for a complete skin care routine. I loved their vitamin c oil and gel! I really felt like the vitamin c helped my dark spots and also gave me a natural glow. Once I ran out of all the products in that kit, I decided to try a few more of their full size products. I love Sunday Riley because their brand gives me the feeling of luxury. That is something that makes me excited for my skincare routine. Especially at night when I take a shower and pin up my hair, I love washing my face and applying the serums. I feel so good about myself and good about what I'm doing for myself.
I'm currently using their vitamin c afterglow moisturizer and their U.F.O acne clarifying oil. When I tell you these products feel amazing, I mean AMAZING! I follow up with a Gua Sha massage. I recently started incorporating this into my skin care routine. It's suppose to help with lifting and firming the skin, reducing wrinkles, and getting rid of dark circles. With me being in my mid-twenties I like incorporating preventative measures.
After I do my skincare routine in the morning, I love to put on my current favs, the Emerald Green Rhinestone earrings. These earrings make me feel so confident and luxurious. I love the emerald green color. It's a color that I've found myself being drawn to lately. It signifies growth, fortune, and peace. These are values that I'm reminded of when I wear the earrings! Plus, I always get a bunch of compliments when I wear them. I feel like people focus less on my skin and more on the earrings and how amazing they look on me!

Most days I don't put on makeup. It's taken a lot of growth and self-love to reach this point. I used to always put on makeup. I never wanted to be seen without it so much so that I just didn't recognize myself bare faced. With these additions to my skincare routine, I have an extra glow and I really feel like I'm working towards my best self. To top it off, with putting on a good pair earrings and dressing up I don't even realize I don't have makeup on anymore.
