Thank you for your support! Collection by Rin is owned and operated by one individual so please have patience as I resolve any issues that arise.
- We do not refund orders unless your items are damaged or defective. Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. If your items are damaged or defective, I will gladly send you a new one or issue you a refund for the damaged items only.
- Please allow 4-7 days for your order to be processed before shipping. I will always do my best to get your order to you as fast as possible.
- Please note all items in the collection are handmade and made to order. No item is mass produced. Small imperfections may occur.
